An Effective Leadership In 3 minutes!
This is the ingredient you need to success:
“A leader needs the guts to stand alone and look ridiculous. But what he’s doing is so simple, it’s almost instructional. This is key. You must be easy to follow!”
Now, I get the idea that if you want to be a leader, believe in your capability to lead others. Only those who have the guts to stand alone for a long time without being afraid on how others will perceive and treat him - is a true leader.

Tom Simpson remains one of Britain’s most successful road race cyclists. In 1962, he became the first Briton to wear the race leader’s yellow jersey in the Tour de France.
Three years later, he won the world road race championship. His sixth-place finish in the 1962 Tour de France is the third best overall finish by a British cyclist, bettered only by Robert Millar and Bradley Wiggins who finished fourth in 1984 and 2009 respectively.
Simpson started the 1967 Tour de France in positive mood. At 29, he was at his peak and felt confident he could make an impact on the race.
On 13 July, the riders climbed the 6,000ft (1,829m) Mont Ventoux on the Tour’s 13th stage. Despite the searing heat, they were limited by race organisers to two water bottles each. During the climb, an exhausted Simpson began weaving across the road before falling off his bike. He ordered spectators to help him back on and continued for a short distance before collapsing and losing consciousness.
Simpson was airlifted to a local hospital, but never regained consciousness. He died later that day.

My view:
He is such a brave young man. Very confident and passionate guy. Somehow, I don’t understand why such an amazing guy die at young age?
